Initiate Your Request
Log into your Medshop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original account.
